PREPARATION FOR FOAM CLEANING OF PREMISES, SURFACES OF TECHNOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT AND CONTAINERS IN CONTACT WITH FOODSTUFFS

Technical liquid cleaner, foam acid based on phosphoric acid, for use in the food industry and wholesale.

The main active ingredients: orthophosphoric acid, alkylamine oxide

Scope: Food and processing industry (for foam cleaning of premises, surfaces of technological equipment and containers that have contact with food). Wholesale.

Working solution: pH: 3.2 - 3.6; (1%, 20 ° C, deionized water).

Foam properties: foams, NOT suitable for CIP systems.

Compatibility with materials

"Aquaclin FOS" in the form of a cleaning solution, compatible with the following materials:

Metals: stainless steel, steel, galvanized surfaces, non-ferrous metals and their alloys.

Plastics: polyethylene, polypropylene.

Other surfaces: glass and ceramics.

Application of the tool:

Aquaclin FOS is used for foam acid cleaning of premises, equipment surfaces, floors and walls from inorganic contaminants in the food industry and wholesale trade.

Method of application:

It is applied in the form of foam on the surface that needs cleaning from inorganic contaminants, immediately after the phase of alkaline washing and thorough rinsing with water.

Apply Aquaclin FOS on the surface, in the form of foam, the concentration of the solution is 2 - 4%.

Exposure 15 - 20 minutes.

Rinse the foam thoroughly with cold water.
