Ministry of Agrarian Policy Named the Average Cost of a Hectare of Land in 2021

Minister of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine Roman Leshchenko told about the average cost of a hectare of land. Recall that on July 1, 2021, the law on the land market came into force, making it possible to buy  and sell agricultural land in Ukraine.

Leshchenko said that now there is no excitement in the market. People make informed decisions about the sale or purchase of land. Today the average cost of a hectare is 50 thousand hryvnia. This price is in line with the forecasts of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy. It is expected that the value of land will be in this price range until the end of 2021.
