The Ministry of Agrarian Policy allocated more than 432m hryvnias to support owners of gardens and greenhouses

The Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine has allocated UAH 432 million as a grant program for greenhouse owners. This was reported in the press service of the department. You can get support through the "eRobota" program. The program approved 89 grant applications. Of these, 355 million hryvnias were allocated to horticultural farms, and UAH 76 million were allocated to greenhouse farms.

Thanks to this program, they plan to create additional 733 permanent jobs. Over 10,000 seasonal jobs will also be created. Farms that cultivate land ranging from 1 ha to 25 ha could receive a grant. Also, farmers who apply for grants undertake to create a certain number of jobs.

The program also provides funds for the construction of modular greenhouses. You can get financing for greenhouses with an area of 0.4 to 2.4 hectares. A greenhouse facility is required to create at least 14 jobs per 1 ha of land. The state grant covers up to 70% of the cost of building a greenhouse.
