Ukrainian Agricultural Products Will Be Presented in the Free Economic Zone of China

Ukrainian products will get their own pavilion in the free economic zone of China. This became possible thanks to the opening of the Ukrainian-Chinese company Tianjin Mingxi AGROUA International Economy with the participation of Agrogroup Ukraine. This became known from the message of the Agrarian Union of Ukraine.

Director of Agrogroup Ukraine Mykola Zherevchuk said that after the creation of a joint venture between Ukraine and China, the company will apply for registration of the trade pavilion of Ukraine. It will be located in the Chengdu Special Economic Zone. Thanks to this, goods from Ukrainian manufacturers will become available for familiarization to representatives of Chinese businesses. In the future, this step may become a key one for expanding trade between Ukraine and China in the agricultural sector.

The Agrarian Union of Ukraine said in a statement that the company aims to establish cooperation with a container terminal logistics company in Ukraine. Thanks to this, it will be possible to establish a supply channel for agricultural products from Ukraine to China. According to Nikolai Zherevchuk, agreements have already been reached in this direction.

Also, cooperation between Agrogroup Ukraine and Chinese trade partners will be held under the guidance of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. A trade pavilion in the economic zone of Chengdu will be opened to popularize producers of agricultural goods and products from Ukraine. All participants of the Agrarian Union of Ukraine will be able to present their products in it.

In addition, Agrogroup Ukraine plans to organize a permanent railway connection between Ukraine and China. According to Nikolai Zherevchuk, agreements have also been reached in this direction. It is planned to supply China with 10-30 thousand tons of agricultural cargo annually. Zherevchuk also noted that it is planned to create a special infrastructure for railway transportation.
