Ukrainian veterans can find a job in agriculture through an online platform

The AgriAnalytica platform has started working in Ukraine, in the section “AGRI: WORK” veterans and veterans can find a job in the agricultural sector. According to the words of the Protector of the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Vitaliy Golovnya, for the 2023 – 2024 marketing period, Ukraine exported 67 million tons of agricultural products. This indicator shows that the agricultural sector is the basis of the Ukrainian economy and will require a large number of workers.

The greatest impact will be on agricultural enterprises and on the managers - communicators and purchasers and distributors of agricultural products, manager-consultants, tractor drivers and mechanics. The same applies to closed soil agronomists, grower operators and combine harvesters. The platform will be filled with vacancies within the project “Rozbudova models for the reintegration of veterans into the agricultural sector.”

It is clear that in the minds of a full-scale war in the agricultural sector, the shortage of professional personnel has become a particularly acute problem. In such minds, agricultural enterprises gradually recruit new people to work, and also retrain existing workers. The platform allows new workers to post their resumes. This way, the agriculturist can request a veteran to work as soon as possible.
