Grain separator ISM-3

This model opens a line of aerodynamic screenless separators. The ISM-3 grain machine is suitable for small farms with a sown area of up to 100 hectares.

The separator can be equipped with wheels for greater mobility. Also a mosquito net bag and a screw conveyor.

Operating principle of the ISM-3 separator

The source material (grain) is fed into the receiving hopper, where it is distributed over its entire width under its own weight and enters the separation chamber with a uniform flow. Thanks to the powerful laminar air flow, heavy impurities and stones that fall into the first fraction are primarily eliminated. The seed grain falls into the second and third trays. The fourth and fifth trays are used for commercial grain. Not grain impurities, all damaged and cut grains are carried away by the air flow into the sixth and seventh trays, and light impurities and dust, along with exhaust air, exit through the separator air duct.

Calibration and preparation of seed material is carried out by dividing by weight and windage of the crop, which makes it possible to isolate the heaviest grain (with greater weight) and, as a result, guarantees the presence of a healthy germinal part in the grain. This ensures high germination, which leads to increased yield.

Primary cleaning is designed to remove dust and partially remove non-grain waste, which allows you to quickly prepare grain for temporary storage before further processing.
