An American philanthropist provided another batch of agricultural machinery to Ukrainian farmers

People's Deputy of Ukraine Dmytro Solomchuk reported, what Ukrainian farmers will receive another batch of agricultural machinery from the American philanthropist Howard Buffett, namely, planters and tractors.

Deliveries of agricultural machinery are carried out within the framework of the "Harvest of Victory" project, which is financed by the Howard Buffett Foundation.

According to the politician, last year the Ukrainian agricultural sector received significant support, which will continue this year thanks to the attraction of external funds, funds and the implementation of various programs.

"Work is ongoing in this direction, there are already some confirmations of support for small farmers and households. In particular, we are talking about technical assistance from the "Harvest of Victory" fund and Howard Buffett, who helped us last season. Currently, tractors and planters are being purchased, which in the spring will go to the Kherson Region for free to those farms where the Russians destroyed the equipment or stole it. Currently, many negotiations are underway, and sometime before the end of January, all programs to support farmers will be officially announced", the parliamentarian emphasized.
