First Land Auction Is Registered in ProZorro

The first ever land auction is registered in the ProZorro system. We are talking about the lease of a land plot in the Kherson region with an area of ​​2.1 hectares. The owner of the site is the Tavrichansky village council.

In accordance with the terms of the auction, the starting price of the land lease will be 5,000 hryvnia. The plot will be leased to the winner of the auction for a period of 7 years. To take part, one needs to pay a fee of 30% of the starting price – more than UAH 1500. The auction will be held on November 9, 2021.

Daria Marchak, First Deputy Director of ProZorro.Sale, said that the project welcomes such steps and hopes that the land lease deals will help to attract significant funds to the budget. This step is essential for the efficient use of the land.
