Law on Incentives for Farms Was Signed by the President

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed the Law on the Activities of Farms. In accordance with the document, new incentive measures are provided for farmers.

In particular, farms can receive assistance from the state budget in the first 3 years of operation. The funds are allocated by the Farms Support Fund. In addition, funds from local budgets can be allocated for the implementation of the support program. Also, farmers can count on additional support to pay a single state social insurance contribution.

Support measures are provided for newly created and family farms, as well as for organizations that operate on the territory of Polesie and the Carpathians. The Cabinet is obliged to annually allocate funds for the program to support farmers. Local authorities can also do this.
