Russia refused to negotiate the launch of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline

The terrorist country, the Russian Federation, refuses to negotiate on the resumption of the operation of the Togliatti-Odessa ammonia pipeline. This was announced by the Deputy Minister for the Development of Territorial Communities, Territories, and Infrastructure of Ukraine Yurii Vaskov at the Grain Ukraine-2023 conference.

The launch of the ammonia pipeline was one of the demands of the terrorist country to extend the grain deal. UN Secretary General António Guterres proposed to start negotiations on the resumption of the ammonia pipeline, which can pump up to 100,000 tons of ammonia per month. Ukraine and Turkey confirmed their readiness for the negotiation process, but the terrorist country did not agree to participate. The formal reason is the fulfillment of its other requirements.

To restart the ammonia pipeline, technical preparation is required, which will take about 1 month. However, in order to start work, it is necessary to establish the work of the grain initiative, which is actually blocked by the terrorist country, after which additional deals can be agreed upon.
