The grain storage register has started work

From November 11, the information and communication system "Main register of warehouse documents for grain and grain accepted for storage, and grain warehouse register" officially became operational. The new register is placed on the single platform of state registers Diya.Engine for easy access to it. This tool is designed to significantly simplify the accounting and management of grain in the country.

In fact, from now on warehouse document forms can be moved between warehouses electronically, elevators can work with the register through a browser, and user access is managed directly in the system. The register itself has an API interface for exchanging data with accounting systems of grain warehouses. It is already integrated with the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, and the use of an electronic digital signature guarantees data security and authenticity. Currently, the old version of the grain accounting system - without web interfaces, ARI integration and data exchange, with access by state bodies only in paper form - is considered morally outdated. After all, it, for example, "eats" 1 million hryvnias of license deductions every year.

According to the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Vitaliy Koval, the new Register ensures transparency of transactions with grain and access to information for all interested parties. Its implementation is another important step on the way to digitalization of the agricultural sector. For this purpose, all elevators registered in the new register before the beginning of the current week, familiarized themselves with the work procedures and checked the correctness of their own data entered. After all, from now on, every operation with grain will be recorded electronically. This will ensure the transparency of all processes, and the automation of accounting will reduce the time for operations and reduce the number of errors.
