Ukrainian farmers attracted UAH 40.3 billion under the "5-7-9%" program

Since the beginning of the year, 13.1 thousand agricultural enterprises have received 70.9 billion hryvnias of bank loans for development. Of these, 10,100 agricultural enterprises were financed for 40.3 billion hryvnias under the state program "Affordable loans 5-7-9%".

According to the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the largest volume of loans under various programs was received by farmers in the following regions:
- Kyiv - 11.8 billion hryvnias were allocated for 964 enterprises;
- Dnipropetrovsk - 6.41 billion hryvnias - for 839;
- Vinnytsia – 6.2 billion hryvnias – for 1,472,
- Cherkasy – 5.5 billion hryvnias – for 519;
- Kirovohradsk – 5.1 billion hryvnias – for 1,720;
- Odesa - 4.6 billion hryvnias - for 1,125.

According to the program "Affordable loans 5-7-9%", enterprises of the following areas received the most:
- Kirovohradsk – 4.3 billion hryvnias allocated for 1,358 households;
- Vinnytsia – 4 billion hryvnias – for 1,106 households;
- Odesa - 3.87 billion hryvnias - for 902;
- Kyiv - 3.76 billion hryvnias - 767 farms.

Previously, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine significantly improved the mechanisms of state business support under the "5-7-9% Available Loans" program. In particular, by strengthening support for processing and energy efficiency projects throughout Ukraine, business in the de-occupied territories, by introducing state support mechanisms under factoring contracts, which will stimulate the development of domestic production. The changes adopted by the government, in particular, provide for business in the territories of the high military risk zone (de-occupied territories) interest compensation under the program to the level of 1% for the first two years, 5% from the following year for investment purposes and 3% for working capital financing.
