It should be noted that not only ice cream and cream are of interest to manufacturers and true gourmets. Therefore, they are also a real opportunity for earning. For example, a farmer from Khmelnytskyi produces craft ice cream according to a royal recipe. Iryna Sukhina moved to Khmelnytskyi from Donetsk at the beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war, in 2014. Here she bought a goat and started making ice cream, which was made even in the time of the French monarchs, and cheeses according to recipes from different parts of the world. And the main ingredient of the products is goat milk itself. The farmer sells ice cream, which she makes according to a French recipe of the 17th century. According to Iryna Sukhina, her product is completely natural. This is ice cream without any additives, without chemicals, there is no palm oil. This ice cream has cream, a little condensed milk, and so on. And Iryna Sukhina has been making goat's milk cheeses since 2016. According to her, American cheese "Dry Jack" aged for six months is in the greatest demand among buyers. It is pressed in a sickle and made into a knot, as the American Indians did.
But the gelateria "Gelato Hutsulato", located in the village of Kvasy in Transcarpathia, has added pumpkin ice cream to its assortment. But the Ukrainian entrepreneur Ruslan Shcherban, who presented a unique chocolate with the taste of borscht, went further. This product became part of the "Inspired by Ukraine" series, which combines traditional Ukrainian flavors with modern chocolate manufacturing technologies. The Ukrainian, who founded the company "Samui Chocolate" in Thailand, uses high-quality cocoa beans, but the main emphasis is on the cultural aspect - spreading Ukrainian heritage through flavor combinations. Chocolate has aroused considerable interest among consumers, because it is not just a dessert, but a part of the national heritage presented in a new light. This project became an important step in popularizing Ukrainian culture at the international level.
