WTO obliges Ukraine to abolish duties on Russian fertilizers
The World Trade Organization obliged Ukraine to abolish duties on Russian fertilizers by September 15.

The WTO Arbitration Court ruled on a “reasonable time” to implement the recommendations and decisions of the dispute settlement body in the case “Ukraine - anti-dumping measures against ammonium nitrate”.
The WTO has decided that Ukraine must comply with the decision by September 15, 2020.
The WTO explained that Ukrainian measures violate the rules of the organization, and Ukraine is also obliged to eliminate the violation in terms of calculating the dumping margin and to remove the EuroChem supplier from the duty.
Ukraine requested the maximum term for implementing the decision in the WTO practice - 27 months, explaining this by the need for changes to the legislation, as well as the complexity of implementation in the current relations with Russia.
As the Russian side notes, if Ukraine does not comply with the decision within the prescribed time, Moscow will have the right to compensation or suspension of concessions in respect of Ukrainian goods.
